Noriko Nagano is an artist from Japan. These artworks are in collaboration with a musician called Yoshio Ojima. They aim to over-lap the areas of fine art and music and to create something new. Even though there’s no specification on the website telling the audience what is made of, but by looking at it, I believe materials such as plastic and/or rubber are used. There’s a strong interaction between the jewellery and human body, especially when body moves around as the jewellery also changes its form/shape.

Performers, dancers and directors might buy it for performances, shows and films as a prop. It’s not something to wear on a daily basis but for people who seek to exaggerate or to restrict body movements. It’s really for someone who wishes to show the relationship between an object and body.
